The manhole(underground tunnel) connects plaza( the starting point of the tunnel) with town and plaza with mine

On May 6th 2010 Clubpenguin released their 238th Issue of Clubpenguin times and a secret message was hidden on it.Its a message from Herbert.P regarding the Mission 11.
Just go to C7 page and click on the envolope and a message will pop-up :-
It says:
” DEAR PENGUIN
SILLY AGENCY
lOOK SHARP AGENT
I’LL SEE YOU ON MAY 18
-Herbert.P “
Most of the letters are followed by flag pin from Clubpenguin Clothing catalog and by taking the first letter of each flag pin we can form words!!.I think the message has something to do with the release date of Mission 11 because it says “ I’LL SEE YOU ON MAY 18 “
